This project took us the course of 4 months to complete, not least because the owner wanted an incredible amount of work done to it after buying it in it’s damaged state (Top Left). This work began with the changing of all four of the Beetle’s wings for new due to excessive damage on the rounded curves. We then went on fit a replacement VW Beetle 1950’s style Bonnet and Deck Lid, even though this model was a 1968 Model. We then fitted a Removable Rear Valance as well as realigning and repairing all the bodywork chroming. Towards the end of the project work we repaired the floor pan and heater channel before, as you can see, we went for a total respray in the colour of the owner’s choice. Though we were glad to have the garage space back, it was hard to see it leave! |

This was a straight forward project for the most part. All our customer wanted was to do away with the flat white in which his sports car came in and have it repainted in silver, while in the process removing small dents, scratches and blemishes. As you can see, a total re-colouring involves a fair amount of dismantling to ensure the perfect paint finish is achieved on each panel. |

This was a small customisation which began as a simple repair to remove the boot surface scratches and small dents made by it’s previous owner. When we booked the repair in, the customer won a bargain spoiler on Ebay, which made convenient sense to add to the order, thus giving a sportier look at the same time. |
